As a SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse, small to medium complexity SAP IT projects in regulated industries.
The ideal candidate will manage all the project inter-dependencies and will collaborate with the stakeholders.
You will need to be experienced in understanding the business requirements and in aligning the project deliverables to all CSV, GXP and Business standards.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong relationship management skills and will be able to handle challenging interpersonal situations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to manage effectively multiple concurrent projects whilst maintaining great standards and attention to detail across all aspects of the projects.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a successful track record of budget monitoring, tracking and reporting.
Lastly, the ideal person for this role will need be able to act as the single accountable person of running multiple, concurrent projects.
your main responsibilities will be.
Play a key role in client engagement, primarily related to the SAP program and integration management, program assurance as well as conceptual advice throughout the implementation cycles
Identify key processes and technology questions and recommend solutions and ideas to our clients
Leverage your strong SAP ERP knowledge and pharma / medical device expertise
Strengthen the international network of SAP experts and your project management skills
Actively develop your relationships across our clients
Promote knowledge-sharing and support training our junior colleagues on the job
requirements.
Must have prior experience of working in a leadership role and has managed at least 1 or 2 small/mid-scale projects.
Have experience working across projects with complex process interfaces, globally distributed sites functions/sites, and overall high risk.
Has worked previously as a Consultant / Project Manager with industry experience in the regulated industry.
Should be familiar with CSV and GXP topics within IT/SAP projects.
Must Have Skills: good overview in SAP ECC, deep knowledge in at least one SAP Module, PMP, GXP and CSV trained.
Nice to Have Skills: knowledge in Serialization for Pharmaceuticals, ABAP and Data Migration experience are not required, but is a plus, PMI or PRINCE2 certification is not required, but is a plus
